About 100 years ago, farmers in Styria (Austria) discovered a pumpkin with seeds without a shell. The seeds are dark-green in colour, have an intense flavour and are rich in protein (up to 35%). For Biotona Bio Pumpkin Seed Raw only the very best sun-kissed pumpkins are used. The seeds are dried at low temperature, which not only ensures the retention of all the most important nutrients but also their intense flavour and colour. This cannot be compared with the standard commercial processing of pumpkin seeds, where temperatures of up to 100°C are often used. The biological growth and our specific method of processing result in tasty, crispy and slightly sweet pumpkin seeds.

You can use Biotona Bio Pumpkin seed Raw as part of your breakfast with other superfoods in a muesli or sprinkled over pudding, yoghurt or salad. You can eat them pure, as an intensely flavoured and crunchy snack. • 15 to 30 g (1 to 2 soeplepels) a day. Store in a cool and dry place, protect from light. |
