Superfruits collagen overnight oats

Turn your morning ritual into a beauty ritual with this simple recipe. Mix it the evening before and leave it in the fridge overnight, so that you can enjoy it each new morning. You don’t need to heat the ingredients, allowing them to retain the maximum amounts of their (phyto) nutrients! Biotona Chia seed is fibre-rich, so that you have a nice full feeling that sees you through to lunchtime. Physalis Collagen boost, as the name suggests, is a real beauty booster. It contains all the building blocks for the maintenance of perfect skin, reducing dryness and wrinkles almost overnight. It is your secret weapons to start the day looking fresh and raring to go!

Ingredients
Rolled oats ⅓ cup (35 g)
Biotona white or black Chia seed 1 tablespoon
Frozen berries (blueberries or raspberries or mix of both) ¼ cup (a handful)
Biotona Superfruits powder 1 teaspoon
Physalis Collagen boost 1 sachet
Raw honey 2 teaspoons
Plant milk ½ cup (120 ml)
Toppings:
Yogurt Of choice
Fresh or frozen berries Of choice
Biotona Cacao Nibs Of choice
Mint leaves Of choice
Necessities
Mixing bowl or jar
  • Add all ingredients, besides toppings, to a mixing bowl or jar. Mix well to combine and let sit in the fridge overnight.
  • In the morning give it a quick stir, transfer to a serving bowl or cup, add toppings and enjoy!
