Pumpkin protein smoothie
This delicious smoothie is ideal as part of a protein-rich diet, as a source of vegetable-based protein for sportsmen and for vegetarians and vegans in general. Biotona Pumpkin Protein Raw is a bright green powder made from the seeds of the remarkable Steiermark pumpkin, which is famed for producing seeds without husks. The seeds have a bright green colour and an intense nutty flavour. Biotona Pumpkin Protein is obtained by first pressing the rich oil out of the seeds. The cake that remains is then dried and finely ground. This purely mechanical process, which makes no use of heat, results in a protein-rich powder that retains all the nutrients, flavour and colour of these health-giving pumpkin seeds.

Filtered water | ½ cup |

- Place all the ingredients (except the water) in a blender and blend on high speed.
- If you like thick smoothies, add only half of the amount of water. You can regulate the thickness by adding more or less water.
- Optional: You can top your smoothie with a dash of cinnamon and hemp seeds.
