| Tofu or tempeh, cubed | 200 g |
| Sesame oil | 1 tablespoon |
| Coconut aminos | 1 tablespoon |
| Rice vinegar | 1 tablespoon |
| Cucumber, chopped | ½ cup |
| Cherry tomatoes, sliced | ½ cup |
| Wakame salad | 2 tablespoons |
| Avocado, peeled and sliced | ½ |
| Edamame | 2 tablespoons |
| Radishes, sliced | 2 |
| Biotona bio SuperSprouts Raw | 2 tablespoons |

- Toss cubed tofu or tempeh in the mixture of sesame oil, coconut aminos and rice vinegar. Transfer on a hot skillet along with all the remaining marinade. Cook over medium heat until golden brown.
- Prepare the bowls by adding cooked rice and topping it with cooked tofu or tempeh, cucumber, tomatoes, wakame, avocado, edamame, radishes and Biotona bio SuperSprouts Raw.
