Vegan poke bowls with Super Sprouts

Imagine yourself in Hawaii with this top dish: the poke bowl! Now healthier than ever, thanks to the addition of the germinated seeds of Biotona bio SuperSprouts Raw. The germination or sprouting process gives a boost to the nutritional value and digestibility of the seeds. A delicious lunch that will leave you bursting with energy!

Ingredients (2)
Basmati rice, cooked 2 cups
Tofu or tempeh, cubed 200 g
Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
Coconut aminos 1 tablespoon
Rice vinegar 1 tablespoon
Cucumber, chopped ½ cup
Cherry tomatoes, sliced ½ cup
Wakame salad 2 tablespoons
Avocado, peeled and sliced ½
Edamame 2 tablespoons
Radishes, sliced 2
Biotona bio SuperSprouts Raw 2 tablespoons
Necessities
Blender
  • Toss cubed tofu or tempeh in the mixture of sesame oil, coconut aminos and rice vinegar. Transfer on a hot skillet along with all the remaining marinade. Cook over medium heat until golden brown.
  • Prepare the bowls by adding cooked rice and topping it with cooked tofu or tempeh, cucumber, tomatoes, wakame, avocado, edamame, radishes and Biotona bio SuperSprouts Raw.
