|Basmati rice, cooked||2 cups|
|Tofu or tempeh, cubed||200 g|

|Rice vinegar||1 tablespoon|
|Cucumber, chopped||½ cup|
|Cherry tomatoes, sliced||½ cup|
|Wakame salad||2 tablespoons|
|Avocado, peeled and sliced||½|

- Toss cubed tofu or tempeh in the mixture of sesame oil, coconut aminos and rice vinegar. Transfer on a hot skillet along with all the remaining marinade. Cook over medium heat until golden brown.
