Multi seed keto crackers
Would you like to enjoy the delicious crunch of a cracker, but without all those heavy carbohydrates? These crispy low-carb crackers contain no nuts, gluten or dairy products, which makes them a super-healthy snack. Thanks to the low carbohydrate and high fat levels they are ideal for a ketogenic diet. This diet stimulates the production of ketones as fuel from your fat reserves, a process known as ketogenesis. Ketones are compounds made by your liver from your body’s store of fat when your blood sugar level is low. If you eat very few carbohydrates, you deny the brain its supply of glucose, one of its most important sources of energy. As a result, the brain draws upon your ketone reserves to keep functioning optimally.

Tamari sauce | 1 tablespoon |
Extra virgin olive oil | 2 tablespoons |
Fresh thyme | 1 teaspoon |
Filtered water | 2-3 tablespoons |

- In a mixing bowl, combine hemp seeds, SuperSprouts and Superfibres.
- Add thyme, tamari sauce, oil and water, mix well.
- Transfer on a baking tray lined with baking paper (or a silicone baking tray will work great too!), spread evenly in a thin layer and press a little bit.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes in 160°C, leave to cool down completely before breaking into bite size pieces.
