Mangostan breakfast jar with mango, coconut and raw granola
This super-tasty and super-healthy breakfast treat is something you can eat on the go at the start of a busy morning! Biotona Mangosteen puree provides a good portion of anti-oxidants, while Biotona Hemp seed give you a nice full feeling that lasts until lunchtime. It's a powerful way to start your day!

Mango, peeled and chopped | ½ |
Coconut yoghurt, plain | 120 ml |
Biotona Mangosteen puree | 1 to 2 tablespoons |
Coconut chips, unsweetened | 1 tablespoon |
Homemade granola | 2 handfuls |
For the homemade granola: (2 servings) | |
Rolled oats | ½ cup (55 g) |
Shredded coconut, unsweetened | ¼ cup (20 g) |
Biotona Hemp seed | ¼ cup (40 g) |
Medjool dates, pitted | 2 |
Celtic salt | A pinch |
Biotona Mangosteen | 2 tablespoons |

Food processor, small mixing bowl, serving jar |
- Prepare homemade granola by adding oats, shredded coconut, Biotona Hemp seed, salt and pitted medjool dates to a food processor. Blitz until broken into small pieces and well combined.
- Add Biotona Mangosteen puree and pulse blend several times, until you have moist, crumbly clusters. Transfer granola to a jar or airtight container. Store in the fridge.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix coconut yoghurt with a tablespoon or two of Biotona Mangosteen puree.
- Prepare the breakfast jar by adding a layer of granola, chopped mango, coconut yoghurt mixed with Biotona Mangosteen puree, another handful of raw granola and chopped mango. Finish with coconut chips and (optionally) a drizzle of Biotona Mangosteen puree on top.
