Post workout beet strawberry ginger smoothie
After your training or game, it is important to take in sufficient proteins to build up your muscles and sufficient carbohydrates to build up your reserves. Good news: this post work-out smoothie contains plenty of both! In addition, Biotona Coconut water ensures good hydration, while this delicious drink is also packed with vitamins and minerals!

Pineapple, fresh or frozen | 1 cup (or use 1 apple instead) |
Biotona Veggie protein | 1 tablespoon |
Biotona Coconut water powder | 1 tablespoon |
Biotona Beetroot powder | 1 to 2 teaspoons |
Biotona Ginger powder | ⅓ teaspoon |
Biotona Hemp seeds | 2 teaspoons |
Water | 300ml |

- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds, until totally smooth.
- Pour into a large glass or jar and enjoy! You can top it with a little bit of Biotona Hemp seeds.
