Chocolate chia pudding

Are you careful about what you eat? So you should be! The demand for functional but high quality food has grown enormously in recent years. The people of Peru have long been familiar with the seeds of Salvia hispanica, better known to us as chia seed. These seeds offer several health benefits, which has brought them a worldwide fame. Thanks to this delicious recipe, you will learn how you can include them quickly and easily in a delicious breakfast or an afternoon snack. This makes these seeds a perfect superfood for busy people who still want to have a healthy diet.

Ingredients
Unsweetened plant milk 1 cup
Biotona Cacao powder 1 tablespoon
Maple syrup 1 tablespoon
Vanilla ½ teaspoon
Biotona Chia seeds (black & white) 3 tablespoons
Necessities
Blender
  • Add plant milk, cacao powder, maple syrup and vanilla to a blender.
  • Blitz until smooth.
  • Pour the liquid into a bowl or a jar, add chia seeds and whisk. Continue whisking for the first 1 or 2 minutes to avoid lumps.
  • Place in the fridge and let soak for minimum 40 minutes or overnight.
  • Serve with your favourite toppings, for example a dollop of coconut yoghurt, pomegranate seeds or raspberries and dark chocolate shavings.
