|Unsweetened plant milk||1 cup|
|Biotona Cacao powder||1 tablespoon|
|Maple syrup||1 tablespoon|
|Biotona Chia seeds (black & white)||3 tablespoons|
- Add plant milk, cacao powder, maple syrup and vanilla to a blender.
- Blitz until smooth.
- Pour the liquid into a bowl or a jar, add chia seeds and whisk. Continue whisking for the first 1 or 2 minutes to avoid lumps.
- Place in the fridge and let soak for minimum 40 minutes or overnight.
- Serve with your favourite toppings, for example a dollop of coconut yoghurt, pomegranate seeds or raspberries and dark chocolate shavings.
