| Biotona Blueberry juice concentrate | 1 tablespoon |
| Raw honey (sub maple or date syrup) | 1-2 teaspoons |

- In a small mixing bowl, mix plain yoghurt with Biotona Blueberry juice concentrate, honey (or syrup) and 1 tablespoon of Biotona dried Blueberries.
