Chlorella and Spirulina smoothie bowl
Are you fed up of drinking ordinary smoothies? You are? Then we have just the thing for you: the smoothie bowl! It is colourful, tasty and packed full of health-giving goodness. For this recipe it is best to use frozen fruit, since this will give you a texture a bit like a granita. And who wouldn’t enjoy a healthy ice-based treat as part of their breakfast or as a snack later in the day? Yummy!

Avocado, peeled | ½ |
Spinach | Handful |
Biotona Hemp seeds | 1 tablespoon |
Biotona Chlorella + Spirulina | ½ teaspoon |
Orange juice, fresh | 120 ml |
Biotona Coconut water powder | 2 teaspoons |
Water, filtered | 100 ml |
For decorating: | |
Kiwi, sliced | 1 |
Biotona Hemp seeds | 1 teaspoon |

Blender |
- Add all ingredients, besides toppings, to a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a bowl, top with sliced kiwi and Biotona Hemp seeds. Serve immediately.
