Recup-fast smoothie with kale
Fast recovery: that is what you can expect from this smoothie containing kale, coconut water and the world's smallest and most powerful protein bombs: chlorella and spirulina! These micro-algae not only contain high concentrations of proteins, but also protective carotenoids, vitamins, minerals and blood-purifying chlorophyll. - Process the kale in the juicer.
