Strawberry acerola protein oats
Oatmeal is one of the most well-loved of all breakfast cereals, thanks to its high nutritional value and delicious taste. However, oatmeal on its own can sometimes be a little bit boring, so why not liven it up by adding fruit, seeds and nuts?

Biotona Chia seeds | 1 tablespoon |
Biotona Veggie protein | 2 tablespoons |
Maple syrup (sub honey) | 1 tablespoon |
Biotona Acerola C 500 shots | 2 shots |
Strawberries, fresh, chopped | 5-6 |
Optional: | |
Biotona red Beet powder | 1 teaspoon |
Almond milk | 240 ml |
Coconut yoghurt | 120 ml |
For topping: | |
Fresh strawberries | A handful |
Biotona Hemp seeds | 2 teaspoons |

Mixing bowl |
- Add all ingredients (besides toppings) to the mixing bowl.
- Mix until well combined.
- Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Give it a quick stir before serving, transfer to two smaller bowls, top with strawberries and hempseeds and enjoy.
