Protein kale smoothie with coconut water

Biotona Veggie Protein ensures long lasting energy and builds up your muscles, while Biotona Kale and Biotona Ginger add an extra dose of nutrients and a kick of spice to this powerful smoothie!

Ingredients (1)
Courgette, frozen ½ cup
Mango, frozen ½ cup
Juice of half a lemon
Cos lettuce or some other form of succulent greens a handful
Biotona Ginger Powder ¼ teaspoon
Biotona Veggie Protein 1 tablespoon
Biotona Kale Powder 1-2 teaspoons
Biotona Coconut Water Powder 1 cup
(optional)
1 teaspoon of white chia seeds and fresh mint leaves for garnishing
Necessities
Blender
  • Put all the ingredients into the blender and mix at a high speed until you have a liquid with a smooth and creamy consistency.
  • Pour into a glass, add the toppings (if desired) and enjoy!
