|Medjool date, pitted and finely chopped||1|
|Biotona Chia seeds||1 tablespoon|
|Peanut butter||1 tablespoon|
|Biotona Maca shot||1|
|Biotona Cacao powder||2 teaspoons|
|Sea salt||A pinch|
|Vanilla paste or extract||½ teaspoon|
|Almond or coconut milk||180 ml|
|Peanut butter||1 teaspoon|
|Nuts of choice||Small handful|
- Mix all ingredients (besides the toppings) in a bowl.
- Place in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.
- Give it a stir right before serving, top with banana slices, peanut butter and nuts. Serve and enjoy.
