This tasty and nutritious muesli, with all the power of Biotona SuperSprouts, Biotona Chia and oats, can be made the night before, so that you only need to add the topping the next morning. This gives you more time to enjoy your breakfast!
|Ingredients (1 serving)|
|Biotona SuperSprouts||3 tablespoons|
|Rolled oats||3 tablespoons|
|Biotona Chia||1 tablespoon|
|Raisins||2 tablespoons + more for serving|
|Almond milk||120 ml|
|Coconut yoghurt||2 tablespoons|
|Mixing bowl or jar, grater|
- In the evening, add Super Sprouts, rolled oats, Biotona Chia seeds, 2 tablespoons of raisins, cinnamon and almond milk to a jar or bowl. Mix well and place in the fridge to soak overnight.
- In the morning grate half of a medium apple. Add grated apple and 2 tablespoons of coconut yoghurt to the soaked muesli. Mix well.
- Top with the remaining half of the apple and (optionally) some more raisins. Serve and enjoy!
