Moringa guacamole
The most important ingredient of Guacamole is avocado, a creamy green fruit that is bursting with easily digestible and health-giving mono-unsaturated fatty acids. Although most fruits consist mainly of carbohydrates, avocado contains numerous healthy fats, principally oleic acid, which is also the main component in olive oil and is generally accepted as being highly beneficial for the heart.

Biotona Moringa | 1 teaspoon |
Red onion, diced | ½ |
Cherry tomatoes, chopped | ½ cup |
Jalapeno, diced | 1 tablespoon |
Coriander, fresh, diced | 1 handful |
Salt and pepper | To taste |

- Peel avocados and remove the pit.
- Add avocados, lime juice and Moringa powder to a bowl. Mash using a fork.
- Add diced onion, jalapeno cherry tomatoes, coriander, salt and pepper.
- Mix to combine.
- Taste and adjust spices if needed. Serve immediately.
