Mango fix
Mango is super for improving your concentration, which is great either at work or when playing sport.
Mango contains tartaric acid, making it ideal as a way to combat the acidification of your muscles after physical exercise or effort. This versatile fruit also provides you with extra energy.
In short, a pick-me-up that will soon get you back on your feet!
For this recipe, you can use either fresh or frozen mango.
Tip: If you boil mango peel in water and let it cool, you can use this fluid as a skin cleanser for your face before going to bed. It is a mild and natural way to treat acne, spots and pimples.
