Vegan and gluten-free hemp protein pancakes

Start the day well filled and well nourished with these fully vegan and gluten-free pancakes. The 100% organic hemp protein powder from Biotona contains 50% protein, and is therefore an ideal alternative for anyone searching for a reliable vegetable source of proteins. In addition, hemp seeds also contain insoluble fibres. These can absorb a significant quantity of fluid, so that the volume of food in the intestines/stomach increases, giving you a pleasantly 'full' feeling that lasts for longer.

Ingredients (10-12 pancakes)
Biotona bio Hemp seed protein Raw 10 g
Oat flakes, gluten-free 100 g
White rice flour 100 g
(Cream of tartar) baking powder 10 g
Salt A pinch
Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
Coconut blossom sugar 2 tablespoons
Tapioca flour (maize starch) 10 g
Olive oil, mild 3 tablespoons
Vegetable milk (preferably almond milk), unsweetened 350 ml
Coconut oil (for cooking) 1 tablespoon
Necessities
Blender, pan
  • Mix everything in the blender until you have a thick yet runny batter.
  • Cook the pancakes on a medium heat in a pan lightly brushed with coconut oil.
