Golden Milk
There is an amazing power in Golden Milk and everybody should give this a try. Tumeric is loved worldwide and not only for its tasty flavour or colour, but also for its many healthy benefits. It has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, so good reasons to add it in your daily rituals. As promised, we would share our recipe today for the Adaptogenic Golden Milk.
(the addition of Fung-Immun powder is optional but is an extra support for the immunity system. If you leave it out, you will have a traditional golden milk.)

Unsweetened oat milk | 1 cup |
Water | 1 cup |
Coconut Milk powder | 1 tablespoon |
Curcuma powder | 2 teaspoon |
Fung-Immun powder | 1 teaspoon |
Cinnamon powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
Gingerpowder | 1/2 teaspoon |
Pinch of freshly cracked black pepper | |
Liquid sweetener of choice (maple syrup, yacon syrup, agave nectar) | 1 teaspoon (or more to taste) |

Blender |
- Add water and oat milk to a small pan. Heat up over a medium heat until steaming, but not boiling.
- Transfer milk and water mixture to a blender.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and blend on high speed for about 30 seconds.
- Transfer to cups and enjoy immediately.
