Mango and blueberry smoothie with moringa
This mango–blueberry smoothie with moringa is a real vitamin bomb. The moringa tree is widely regarded as the most versatile tree in the world. Almost every part of it can be processed either for nutrition or for some other useful purpose. Hence its more common name: the miracle tree. Its leaves are packed full with minerals and vitamins, making them an ideal way to supplement our normal diet.
