Healthy Shots for Kids
Children need vegetables, but don’t always want to eat them. Mealtimes can sometimes be a real battle. So why not try to ‘hide’ the vegetables in a smoothie with fruit! In this way, they won’t see or taste the vegetables, but they will still get all their great nutritional value.

Shot 1: banana & kale | |
Banana (deep-frozen) | ½ |
Kale or spinach | 1 small handful |
Almond milk | 100 ml |
Biotona Supergreens | 1 teaspoon |
Shot 2: strawberry & raspberry | |
Strawberries | 1 small handful |
Raspberries | A few |
Green leaf vegetables | 1 small handful |
Coconut water or vegetable milk | 100 ml |
Superfruits | 1 teaspoon |
