Healthy Shots for Kids
Children need vegetables, but don’t always want to eat them. Mealtimes can sometimes be a real battle. So why not try to ‘hide’ the vegetables in a smoothie with fruit! In this way, they won’t see or taste the vegetables, but they will still get all their great nutritional value.

| Shot 1: banana & kale | |
| Banana (deep-frozen) | ½ |
| Kale or spinach | 1 small handful |
| Almond milk | 100 ml |
| Biotona Supergreens | 1 teaspoon |
| Shot 2: strawberry & raspberry | |
| Strawberries | 1 small handful |
| Raspberries | A few |
| Green leaf vegetables | 1 small handful |
| Coconut water or vegetable milk | 100 ml |
| Superfruits | 1 teaspoon |

- Shot 1 & 2: put everything into the blender and mix until you have a creamy smoothie.
