Dip sauce with grilled avocado and hemp protein

An original dip sauce based on grilled avocado and fresh yoghurt. Give it an extra healthy and decorative touch by adding Biotona Superfoods like hemp protein, goji berries and sprouted buckwheat seed. The avocado is firm enough to grill and its flavour becomes deliciously smoky, thanks to the addition of grill herbs and spices. You can dip raw or grilled vegetables into this sauce or eat it using tacos or pieces of (French) bread. It is the ideal appetizer for a pleasant evening or a barbecue!

Ingredients (1 jar)
Ripe avocados 2
Fire herbs A handful
Low-fat yoghurt 500 g
Cucumber ½
Biotona bio Hemp protein powder Raw 1 tablespoon
Coriander ½ bunch
Chilli pepper 1
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Puffed quinoa 1 teaspoon
Biotona bio Goji berries 1 teaspoon
Biotona bio sprouted Buckwheat seeds Raw 1 teaspoon
Fresh mint 1 twig
Rice crackers (optional) As desired
Necessities
Grill
  • Peel the avocados, cut them in half lengthwise and remove the pit.
  • Grill the avocados on a hot grill and sprinkle with a handful of fire spices.
  • Add the yoghurt with the grilled avocados, cucumber, hemp protein, coriander, chopped pepper and lemon juice to the blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Top with quinoa, goji berries, buckwheat and a twig of mint.
  • Serve (optionally) with rice crackers.
