Spring detox-salad with matcha-lemon dressing
A tasty and healthy salad that is ideal as part of a spring detox cure. Great to eat and good for your body! Fresh vegetables, quinoa, healthy seeds and Biotona superfoods help to bring your systems back into balance. The addition of matcha powder to the lemon dressing makes this salad really special!

Avocado, peeled, de-seeded and cut into blocks | 1 |
Fresh parsley | 1 clump |
Fresh mint leaves | 1 clump |
Fresh spinach leaves | 1 cup |
Broccoli rosettes, cut into fine blocks | ½ cup |
Cucumber, cut into blocks | 1 |
Green onion, cut into blocks | 2 |
Biotona Ginger Powder | ½ teaspoon |
Biotona Hemp Seeds | 1 tablespoon |
Biotona Super Sprouts | 1 tablespoon |
Biotona Matcha Powder | 1 teaspoon |
Freshly-pressed lemon juice | 1 tablespoon |
Extra virgin olive oil | 2 teaspoons |
Coconut flakes | ¼ cup |
Sea salt | a pinch |
Freshly-ground black pepper | according to your preference |

Large bowl or serving dish |
- Mix together the ginger powder and the matcha powder with the olive oil and the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place all the other ingredients in a large bowl and sprinkle with the dressing. Toss the salad, so that the dressing is well distributed. Serve.
