Curcuma-ginger energy balls!
These mini-sized one-bite balls are perfect snacks for kids and give them a healthy boost of energy without the need for sugar! Ideal for home, school or when travelling. They can be kept for up to five days in the fridge, so why not make a big batch all in one go? That way, you can also try a few yourself!

Cashew nuts, unroasted and unsalted | 130 g |
Apricots, dried | 150 g |
Coconut, grated | 40 g |
Biotona White Chai Seed | 1 tablespoon |
Biotona Curcuma Powder | 1 teaspoons |
Biotona Ginger Powder | 1-2 teaspoons |
Cashew butter | 1 tablespoon |
Honey or maple syrup | 1 tablespoon |

- Put the cashew nuts, apricots, grated coconut, Biotona Chia Seed, Biotona Curcuma and Biotona Ginger into the food processor. Blend to a moist and grainy consistency.
- Add a tablespoon of cashew butter and a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup. Blend further until you have a cohesive mixture. The dough should by slightly glutinous and should stick together if you press it between your fingers.
- Use the dough to roll 30 mini-sized snack balls.
- You can eat the balls straight away or store them in the fridge, where they will keep for up to five days in an air-tight container. Enjoy!
