Creamy butternut pumpkin soup with crunchy SuperSprouts
Give the classic pumpkin soup a little something extra with a sprinkling of Biotona Superfoods. This soup is deliciously spicy, thanks to its Biotona Ginger and Biotona Curcuma, but the addition of crunchy Biotona SuperSprouts makes a great and easily digested topping that is simply bursting with health. Enrich your meals with all the vitality of plants in the making!

| Onion, yellow, diced | 1 small |
| Garlic, minced | 1 clove |
| Olive oil | 1 tablespoon |
| Butternut pumpkin, half, peeled and cut in cubes | ½ |
| Potatoes, peeled and cut in cubes | 2 small / medium |
| Water | |
| Sea salt | ⅓ teaspoon or to taste |
| Biotona Ginger | ½ teaspoon |
| Biotona Curcuma | ½ teaspoon |
| For topping: | |
| Biotona SuperSprouts | 2 tablespoons |
| Yoghurt, plain (coconut, soy or regular) | 2 teaspoons |

| Immersion blender, cooking pan |
- Add olive oil, onion and garlic to a cooking pan. Cook for about 3 minutes or until onion becomes translucent.
- Add pumpkin, potatoes, salt and enough water to cover the veggies. Bring to a boil, cover with a lid and let simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Add Biotona Curcuma and Biotona Ginger powder and blend using an immersion (hand) blender until smooth. Taste and adjust salt if necessary.
- Pour in cups (or bowls), top with crunchy Biotona SuperSprouts and (optionally) some plain yoghurt and enjoy!
