Chia pudding with yoghurt and matcha
Chia seed is bursting with fibres, healthy fats and vegetable proteins: an ideal combination for giving you a 'full' feeling that lasts for hours. Use it in smoothies, as a topping on a (fruit) salad or in yoghurt. It is also great for making a quick and easy pudding, without the need for packs of this and bags of that, which are often full of sugar.
This pudding with fresh coconut yoghurt and nutritious matcha powder is scrumptious as a dessert or as a snack in between meals. To make things even easier, you can make it in advance and keep it in the fridge.
