Basic chia pudding with red berries and pomegranate seeds
Don’t start the day feeling down in the dumps; begin it instead with an enthusiastic smile! This delicious chia pudding gives you a real boost of energy. You can also drink it at lunch time to guard against those mid-afternoon blues.
Ingredients | |

Biotona Chia seed (white, black) | ¼ cup |
Unsweetened oat or almond milk | 1 cup |
Maple syrup | 2 teaspoons |
Toppings: | |
Coconut yogurt | 1 tablespoon |
Fresh red berries (raspberries and redcurrants) | Handful |
Biotona Pomegranate | 2 tablespoons |
Maple syrup or raw honey | Optionally |
- Add chia seeds, milk and maple syrup to a large jar.
- Mix well and leave to soak for 10 minutes, stirring frequently to avoid lumps.
- After that time place the jar in the fridge for at least an hour (or overnight).
- Transfer ready chia pudding to a bowl, top with coconut yogurt, berries, Biotona pomegranate seeds and optionally a drizzle of maple syrup or raw honey.
