Basic chia pudding with red berries and pomegranate seeds

Don’t start the day feeling down in the dumps; begin it instead with an enthusiastic smile! This delicious chia pudding gives you a real boost of energy. You can also drink it at lunch time to guard against those mid-afternoon blues.

Ingredients
Biotona bio Black/White chia seeds Raw ¼ cup
Unsweetened oat or almond milk 1 cup
Maple syrup 2 teaspoons
Toppings
Coconut yogurt 1 tablespoon
Fresh red berries (raspberries and redcurrants) Handful
Pomegranate seeds 2 tablespoons
Maple syrup or raw honey Optionally
  • Add chia seeds, milk and maple syrup to a large jar.
  • Mix well and leave to soak for 10 minutes, stirring frequently to avoid lumps.
  • After that time place the jar in the fridge for at least an hour (or overnight).
  • Transfer ready chia pudding to a bowl, top with coconut yogurt, berries, pomegranate seeds and optionally a drizzle of maple syrup or raw honey.
