Lunch: stuffed avocados with superfoods

This avocado is filled with various superfoods, including Biotona bio SuperSprouts Raw, which is a superior blend of germinated organic seeds. Germination is a simple and natural way to enhance the nutritional value and health-giving properties of seeds. What's more, this activation process also ensures that the seeds are easier to digest.

The result is crunchy, yummy, wholesome and super-light on the stomach.

Ingredients (2 avocado halves)
Avocado 1
Chickpeas, cooked 4 tablespoons
Red cabbage, shredded 2 tablespoons
Biotona bio SuperSprouts Raw 2 teaspoons
Biotona bio Red Beet juice powder Raw 1 teaspoon
Biotona bio sprouted Buckwheat seeds Raw 1 teaspoon
Garden cress 2 theelepel
Pink himalayan salt (optional) A pinch
Necessities
Knife, serving plate
  • Cut avocado in half, carefully remove the seed and the peel.
  • Place avocado halves on a plate, cut side up. Fill each half with cooked chickpeas and shredded red cabbage, decorate the borders with Biotona bio SuperSprouts Raw, Biotona bio Red Beet juice powder Raw and Biotona bio sprouted Buckwheat seeds Raw. Finish by sprinkling garden cress on top.
  • Optionally, season with pink himalayan salt. Serve and enjoy.
