- Cut avocado in half, carefully remove the seed and the peel.
- Place avocado halves on a plate, cut side up. Fill each half with cooked chickpeas and shredded red cabbage, decorate the borders with Biotona bio SuperSprouts Raw, Biotona bio Red Beet juice powder Raw and Biotona bio sprouted Buckwheat seeds Raw. Finish by sprinkling garden cress on top.
