Tahini turmeric lemon dressing
This dressing with a little something extra gets its yellow colour thanks to the addition of Biotona Curcuma. In addition to its sublime flavour, the root of Curcuma longa or turmeric also has a number of healthy benefits. It improves the flexibility and general health of your joints, as well as being good for the liver (by supporting fat digestion), helping to maintain good skin and strengthening the nervous system. As if that were not enough, it also enhances our natural resistance and protects our cells against harmful free radicals. The curcuma roots in Biotona bio Curcuma Raw are 100% organically grown. Following harvesting and selection, the roots are immediately dried and processed into a powder, which in terms of flavour, smell and colour varies little from the fresh root. This drying process also ensures that the nutrients and phytonutrients that are naturally present in the roots are optimally preserved.
