Large jug, long spoon, small bowl + whisk |
- Cut the green apple and the kiwis into blocks and one of the limes into slices. Press the juice out of the other lime and keep it to one side. Beat the matcha powder in some warm water in the small bowl, until it dissolves. Keep it to one side. Place the blocks of apple and kiwi, the slices of lime, the grapes and the fresh mint into the large jug. Pour the matcha mix over the fruit. Then do the same with the freshly-pressed lime juice, the apple juice and the wine or grape juice. Stir thoroughly with the long spoon and place the jug in the fridge (for at least 30 minutes) until it is nicely cooled. When you are ready to serve your aperitif, remove the jug from the fridge and add the lightly sparkling water. Stir briefly with the long spoon and pour into glasses.
