Pomegranate chia yogurt jar
Ready for a delicious breakfast that will give you lots of energy and a nice full feeling that will last until lunchtime? Thanks to the addition of Biotona Chia seeds, this chia yoghurt is packed with omega 3 fatty acids, proteins, fibres and iron. It is simple to make and after a brief period in the fridge is ready to eat. You can’t make a breakfast any tastier and more nourishing than this!

| Coconut yogurt, plain | ½ cup |
| Coconut or almond milk | ½ cup |
| Biotona bio Black/White chia seeds Raw | 2 tablespoons |
| Maple syrup | 2 teaspoons |
| Pomegranate seeds | 2 tablespoons |

| Coconut yogurt | 1 tablespoon |
| Pomegranate seeds | 1 tablespoon |
| Coconut flakes | 1 tablespoon |

| Jar or small mixing bowl, blender |
- Add yogurt, plant milk, Biotona Chia seeds and maple syrup to a jar or to a small mixing bowl. Mix well to combine. Chop the pomegranate seeds finely by using a blender, add them to chia yogurt mixture and stir again to combine.
- Place the jar in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes. You can also leave it to soak overnight.
- Top with extra tablespoon of yogurt, pomegranate seeds and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
