Christmas pancakes

Almond milk | 120 ml |
Oat flour | 50 g |
Baking powder | ½ teaspoon |
Superfood powder of choice | |
Biotona bio Maca Raw | 1 teaspoon |
Biotona bio Superboost | 1 teaspoon |
Biotona bio Fung-Immun Raw | 1 teaspoon |
For garnish | |
Strawberries | 5 |
Banana, small | 1 |
Kiwi | 1 |
Chocolate chips | Optionally |
Coconut whipped cream | Optionally |

Mixing bowl, non-stick pancake skillet |
- Add the banana to a mixing bowl and mash it with a fork.
- Add almond milk and mix to combine.
- Add oat flour, baking powder and the superfood powder of your choice, whisk until you have a smooth pancake batter, don’t overmix.
- Heat a non-stick pancake pan until very hot.
- Pour 2 or 3 tablespoons of batter per pancake (depending on the desired size) and cook until golden brown on both sides. Flip when bubbles on the surface appear.
- Decorate pancakes with fruits, chocolate chips and whipped cream.
