Maca blueberry banana bread
You can make this tasty, smooth and sweet banana bread with blueberries without butter, without flour and without sugar! The bananas give the bread a naturally sweet flavour. - Place oats in a food processor and process until you have a consistency of rough flour.
- In a large bowl, mix ground oats with baking powder, salt and maca powder.
- Mash bananas with a fork.
- Add mashed bananas, coconut oil, milk and vanilla to the dry mixture and mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Transfer the batter to a bread tin lined with parchment paper. Bake about 35 minutes in the oven at 180°C.
