MCT and maca guacamole
Take your guacamole to the next level and imagine yourself transported to Mexico! What's more, the Biotona Maca root powder it contains will also give you a super energy boost. Delicious as a sandwich spread, an aperitif dip or a side dish!
The medium length fatty acids in Biotona MCT Oil provide quick energy in the form of ketones. These are not stored as fat and also help to keep your feelings of hunger under control. In contrast to coconut oil, MCT oil is colourless and odourless, so that it can be used as a nutritious addition to savoury dishes.

Avocado, ripe | 1 large |
Red onion, diced | Half of a small |
Chili pepper, diced | 1 |
Biotona bio Pure MCT oil | 1 tablespoon |
Lime juice | 2 tablespoons |
Biotona bio Maca | 1 teaspoon (3 g) |
(optional) Coriander, finely chopped | Small handful |
Sea salt and black pepper | To taste |
For decorating: | |
Black olives | 1 |
Avocado slices | 2 |
Chives | 6 stalks of approx. 8 cm |

Mixing bowl, fork |
- Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Place avocado flesh in the mixing bowl, together with all remaining ingredients.
- Mash the avocado with the fork and mix until well combined with other ingredients.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and (optionally) decorate creating the bunny face.
