ENERGY BLISS BALLS

These energy bliss balls contain hemp seeds. Hemp seeds are bursting with protein in a form that is easily absorbed by our body. What’s more, it also gives you a nice, full feeling. In other words, ideal as a snack during an autumn walk. In addition, maca powder helps your body to deal with the stress and effort involved in physical activity. A hint of curcuma boosts your natural resistance – which is just what you need during the autumn months. In short: balls that pack a punch!

Oatmeal | 100 g |
Coconut flakes | 100 g |
Hemp seeds | 2 tbsp. |
Chia seed | 1 tbsp. |
Maca | 1/2 tbsp. |
Curcuma | 1/4 tbsp. |
Honey | 2 tbsp. |
Juice of 1/2 a lime | (according to preference) |
Coconut oil | 2 tbsp. |
Greek or full natural yoghurt | 3 tbsp. |
a pinch of pepper |

- Finely blend the oatmeal and the coconut flakes in a blender. Add the hemp seeds, chia seed, maca powder and curcuma, followed by a pinch of pepper (to activate the healing power of the curcuma).
- Add the lime juice, honey, coconut oil and full natural yoghurt. Mix everything together until you have a firm dough. Keep the dough in the fridge for 20 min.
- It is important to knead the dough thoroughly before you divide it up and roll it into balls. Once they are made, you can also roll the balls in some extra coconut flakes, if you prefer.
- Keep the balls in a closed glass jar in the fridge.
