Recipe

Green chia pudding

With chia seed you can make a super-healthy pudding in no time at all! These seeds are packed full with proteins and omega-3 fatty acids and give you tons and tons of energy. Double fun: with this green chia pudding you not only enjoy all the advantages of chia, but thanks to the added barley grass juice you can also benefit from countless extra vitamins, minerals, chlorophyll and anti-oxidants! When they come into contact with water or (vegetable) milk, chia seeds are transformed into a jelly-like substance that is perfect for a pudding effect, without the need for any complex recipe. What could be easier!
