Ashwagandha latte with vanilla and cinnamon
Relax. Breathe. Enjoy. With this ashwagandha latte you can transform a simple drink into a true wellness moment. The creamy base of almond or coconut milk combines perfectly with the sweet flavour of vanilla, the warm glow of cinnamon and the light and spicy accent provided by the cardamom. | Small pan Blender Fine sieve |
- Heat the milk in a small pan at a low temperature until it is sufficiently warm, but not boiling.
- Pour the warm milk into the blender, add all the other ingredients and mix for roughly 1 minute until you have a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Pass the latte mixture through a fine sieve and serve in a mug.
- Tip: Is your blender not suitable for making warm drinks? If so, mix the ingredients cold and then gradually warm them up in a pan, but without bringing the milk to the boil.
