Ashwagandha latte with almond milk and cinnamon

In the Ayurveda ashwagandha is valued as a powerful adaptogenic plant, which can help your body and mind to better deal with stress and life’s other daily challenges. Biotona Ashwagandha bio offers you all these benefits in a single cup of deliciousness. Adding a pinch of cinnamon to the latte not only gives it an extra touch of spiciness, but also supports the maintenance of a healthy blood sugar level and provides you with natural energy in a stable manner. If you want a vegan latte, you can substitute the honey with maple syrup or agave syrup, resulting in a sweet and fully plant-based drink that is both nourishing and invigorating.

Ingredients (1)
Almond milk 250 ml
Biotona bio Ashwagandha ½ to 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon ¼ to ½ teaspoon
Honey, organic 1 to 2 teaspoons

  • Heat the almond milk in a small pan at a low temperature until it is sufficiently warm, but not boiling.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and add the Biotona bio Ashwagandha, cinnamon and honey. Beat thoroughly with the whisk until all the ingredients are fully blended into the milk.
