The recipe makes use of coconut blossom sugar, a 100% organic alternative which, in contrast to refined sugar, is also packed with numerous vitamins and minerals, as well as helping you to avoid those irritating peaks and troughs in your blood sugar levels. Vegan, fat-free, gluten-free and mega-tasty!

Almond flour 100 g
Rice flour 100 g
Salt A pinch
Coconut blossom sugar 5 tablespoons
Biotona Maca 1 tablespoon
Biotona Chia seed 1 tablespoon
Fluid of one tin of chickpeas One
Natural almond extract A few drops
Topping:
Biotona Chia seed and almond flakes Add to taste
Necessities
Electric whisk, baking tray, baking paper, oven
  • Beat the chickpea fluid into a thick white foam, using the electric whisk.
  • Add the coconut blossom sugar and the salt, and continue whisking.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  • Roll the mixture into balls and place them on a baking tray which has first been covered with a sheet of baking paper. Press the biscuits flat with the back of a spoon that you have first moistened, so that the dough does not stick.
  • Sprinkle some Biotona Chia seed and almond flakes over the top of the flattened biscuits and bake in the pre-heated oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 175°C.
