Chlorella and Spirulina buckwheat wraps
Thanks to the buckwheat, these wraps are not only delicious, but also easy to digest and gluten-free! Biotona Chlorella + Spirulina – a powder packed full with extra vitamins, anti-oxidants and chlorophyll – also helps to make them super-healthy. This wrap is a real energy-booster, so that there is no chance of you suffering from an afternoon power-dip!

| Buckwheat flour, (or Biotona Sprouted Buckwheat, finely ground) | 100 g (¾ cup) |
| Biotona Spirulina + Chlorella powder | 1 to 2 teaspoons |
| Sea salt | A pinch |
| Garlic powder | ½ teaspoon |
| Mixed dried herbs | 1 teaspoon |
| Water | 250 ml |

| Mixing bowl, whisk, non-stick frying pan |
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth. The batter should have rather thin, pourable consistency. If it’s too thick - add more water.
- Heat non-stick frying pan and grease it with a little bit of coconut oil (or use spray oil). Bake 4 thin wraps, flipping halfway through.
- Serve with greens, black beans, cherry tomatoes, avocado, Biotona Hemp seed and a drizzle of sriracha sauce.
