Chlorella and Spirulina buckwheat wraps

Thanks to the buckwheat, these wraps are not only delicious, but also easy to digest and gluten-free! Biotona Chlorella + Spirulina – a powder packed full with extra vitamins, anti-oxidants and chlorophyll – also helps to make them super-healthy. This wrap is a real energy-booster, so that there is no chance of you suffering from an afternoon power-dip!

Ingredients
Buckwheat flour, (or Biotona Sprouted Buckwheat, finely ground) 100 g (¾ cup)
Biotona Spirulina + Chlorella powder 1 to 2 teaspoons
Sea salt A pinch
Garlic powder ½ teaspoon
Mixed dried herbs 1 teaspoon
Water 250 ml
Necessities
Mixing bowl, whisk, non-stick frying pan
  • Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth. The batter should have rather thin, pourable consistency. If it’s too thick - add more water.
  • Heat non-stick frying pan and grease it with a little bit of coconut oil (or use spray oil). Bake 4 thin wraps, flipping halfway through.
  • Serve with greens, black beans, cherry tomatoes, avocado, Biotona Hemp seed and a drizzle of sriracha sauce.
