Maca waffles

Would you like to enjoy a little bit of healthy naughtiness? If so, these waffles are just the thing for you! They are not only quick and easy to make, but also give you a really great boost of energy. The Biotona Maca powder they contain improves both physical and mental performance, while the Biotona Chai seeds assists the functioning of your intestines and gives you a pleasingly full feeling. In other words: the ideal ‘guilty pleasure’!

Ingredients
Oats, rolled 1,5 cup
Biotona Chia seeds 1 tablespoon
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Banana, ripe 1
Biotona Maca powder 2 teaspoons
Maple syrup 1 tablespoon
Oat or almond milk 1 cup
Apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon
For topping:
Banana slices To taste
Biotona Chia seeds To taste
Coconut chips To taste
Maple syrup or coconut blossom syrup To taste
Necessities
Blender, waffle iron
  • Add all ingredients, besides toppings, to a blender. Blend until well combined.
  • Pour the batter from the blender to a hot waffle iron, greased with a bit of oil. Bake until golden brown, the exact time will depend on the waffle iron.
