Recipe
Ginger chai tea
Ginger is not just a delicious aromatic herb to add flavour to your tea; it also has numerous health benefits. In Ayurvedic herbal medicine, ginger has been used for centuries to improve the digestion, give added vitality and combat inflammation. Biotona Ginger is made with ginger from Peru. This has a more intense and more aromatic flavour than ginger from India, where much of the world’s ginger is grown.
