Almond coconut snowballs
Winter is a time for snowball fights. But you won’t want to throw these snowballs away: they are far too tasty! What’s more, they are also gluten-free and contain no refined sugars. Biotona Coconut milk provides an instant boost of energy, as well as being packed with health-giving fibres. These fibres will give you a pleasant and long-lasting ‘full’ feeling and also improve your intestinal transit.

Agave syrup | 2 tablespoons (30ml) |
Coconut milk, full fat | 1 to 2 tablespoons (15-30 ml) |

- Combine almond flour and Biotona Coconut milk in a mixing bowl.
- Add agave syrup and 1 tablespoon of coconut milk. Mix and check the consistency - it should be moist and easy to roll into balls. Add the second tablespoon of coconut milk if needed.
- In your hands, roll the dough into 10 small, bite-size balls. Roll each ball in Biotona Coconut milk and place on a plate. Chill for at least 1 hour in the fridge. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
