Coconut cacao mousse

Coconut cream | Solid part scooped out of 1 can of full fat coconut milk chilled overnight |
Alternative coconut cream: vegan whipping cream | 200 ml |
Agave syrup | 2 tablespoons |
Biotona Cacao powder Raw | 3 tablespoons |
Biotona Coconut milk powder | 2 tablespoons |
Topping: | |
Biotona Cacao Nibs | 2 teaspoons |
Biotona Coconut milk powder | 1 teaspoon |

Electric mixer with whisk attachment, bowl, (optional) piping bag |
- Add coconut cream and agave syrup to a bowl. Whip with an electric mixer until fluffy.
- Add cacao powder and coconut milk powder, whip until fully incorporated. Transfer to a piping bag and pipe mousse swirls into 2 serving cups. Alternatively, transfer the mousse to the cups with a spoon.
- Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Decorate with cacao nibs and coconut milk powder.
