Elderberry yoghurt popsicles
For these deliciously creamy yoghurt ice-creams you don’t need an ice-cream machine. You don’t even need any cream! Nor do you need any refined sugar, because the maple syrup adds all the sweetness that is necessary. What’s more, these refreshing ices are a beautiful purple colour, thanks to the addition of an elderberry concentrate. Elderberry is known above all for its ability to boost your resistance during the winter, but you can also enjoy its benefits during the summer. Tasty and healthy. This is a basic recipe that you can change from day to day with your own ideas. So let your creativity run wild!

Natural yoghurt, regular or coconut based | 2 cups |
Biotona Elderberry juice concentrate | 4 tablespoons |
Maple syrup | 4 tablespoons |
Biotona Power Granola Daily | 4 tablespoons |

- Add yoghurt and the maple syrup to a mixing bowl. Mix to combine.
- Pour the Biotona Elderberry juice concentrate into the bowl with yoghurt and start mixing it with a spoon, but don’t combine it completely, leave some swirls that will create a nice look on the popsicles.
- Distribute yoghurt mixture between 4 popsicle molds, finish each popsicle with a tablespoon of Biotona Power Granola Daily and gently press it into the yoghurt.
- Insert a stick into each popsicle. Place in the freezer for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight.
