Spicy apple and wild blueberry infusion

This wild-picked blueberries concentrate is perfect for naturally sweetening your apple juice. For an extra boost, add a quarter teaspoon of Biotona bio Ginger Raw to aid digestion and give your energy a lift. When combined with star anise, cloves, and cinnamon, this cozy herbal drink is a delightful treat any time of day!

Ingredients (2)
Natural unfiltered apple juice 400 ml
Cinnamon stick 1
Star anise  2
Cloves  6
Biotona bio Blueberry 100 ml
Biotona bio Ginger Raw ¼ teaspoon
Necessities
Small cooking pot
  • Add apple juice, cinnamon stick, star anise and cloves to a cooking pot.
  • Heat over a very gentle heat until hot, but not boiling, stirring from time to time.
  • Remove from the stovetop and mix in the blueberry juice and ginger powder.
  • Pour into mugs and serve.
