|Ingredients (250 ml)|
|Sparkling water||¾ cup (180 ml)|
|Lemon juice||1 tablespoon|
|Lime juice||1 tablespoon|
|(optional) agave syrup||1 to 2 teaspoons|
|Warm water||¼ cup (60 ml)|
|Biotona Premium Matcha||1 teaspoon|
|Ice cubes||For serving|
|Small mixing bowl, bamboo whisk, cup|
- In a cup or small pitcher mix sparkling water with lemon juice, lime juice and, optionally, agave syrup.
- Use a bamboo whisk to mix Biotona Matcha powder with warm water.
- Add ice cubes to a serving glass, pour sparkling lemonade over the ice and finish by pouring in matcha.
- Give it a stir to combine and serve immediately.
