Gingerbread oatmeal with pear
Nothing is as delicious as a steaming bowl of porridge on a cold winter’s morning. It is not only sweet, easy to make and heart-warming, but also gives you a nice full feeling, so that you can last through the morning without the need for any further snacks. Its added Biotona Cacao nibs serves as a source of magnesium, which simultaneously gives you energy and helps you to relax. In other words: the ideal way to start your day!

Oats | 60 g |
Maple syrup | 1 tablespoon |
Almond butter | 1 tablespoon |
Water | 120 ml |
Plant milk | 120 ml |
Gingerbread spice | ½ teaspoon |
Sea salt | Pinch |
Biotona Ginger | ¼ teaspoon |
Pear | Half |
Biotona Cacao nibs | 1 teaspoon |

Saucepan |
- Add oats, maple syrup, almond butter, water, plant milk, gingerbread spice and salt to a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for about 8 minutes, until thickened.
- Remove from heat, mix in Biotona Ginger.
- Transfer to a bowl, decorate with sliced pear and Biotona Cacao nibs, serve warm.
