Our concentrated Biotona bio Cranberry forms the perfect basis for a festive punch packed full with antioxidants, ideally complemented with freshly pressed fruit juices for a refreshing flavour and a fantastic colour. Cinnamon and cloves add a pleasing hint of warmth, while slices of orange and fresh cranberries bring an added touch of flair and an injection of extra flavour. Cooking pan with a lid |
- Put the orange juice, apple juice, cranberry juice concentrate, cinnamon, cloves, cranberries and 3 segments of orange into the cooking pan. Put the remaining cranberries and orange segments to one side to garnish the finished punch.
- Heat the pan at a low temperature until the ingredients are fully warm, but do not allow them to come to the boil. Turn off the heat, place the lid on the pan and allow the mixture to stand for at least 30 minutes, so that the different flavours have time to mingle. Before serving, reheat the mixture to the desired temperature.
- Serve in glasses, garnished with the remaining cranberries and orange segments. Cheers!
